Your username is your UWM Panthermail address without the “@uwm.edu”. If your email address is “xyz@uwm.edu”, then your username will be “xyz”. Web Addressing:
http://www.uwm.edu/~xyz is the web address of user Xyz If you desire a page besides the index (home page), you must put the full file name in, including the extension.
So, it would be: http://www.uwm.edu/~xyz/filename.html
instead of http://www.uwm.edu/~xyz FTP Addressing:

This is what you enter in Filezilla in the box labeled address: alphax.csd.uwm.edu The Remote Host Address or Server Name is your UWM Alpha domain name. Your Alpha domain name is:
“alphaX.csd.uwm.edu” where “X” in “alphaX” is the first letter of your login name. For example:

In a browser, you must enter the entire url for ftp, since it won't build it for you.
